Market currently pricing NPAT for FY22 of $73m, down ~7% on FY21. (MM Comment…ASB reported revenue of $1.572b & NPAT of $81.1, both slight beats, the profit was it’s 2nd highest in the history of the company, the DPS of 8cps was inline. No EBIT guidance for FY22 however revenue guidance of $1.5bn for FY22 inline with current expectations (uses 75c AUD). While they have challenges ahead, the transition towards steel ship building & other opportunities is progressing + they have net cash on balance sheet of ~$200m…Overall, slight beat)
  • Monadelphous (MND) FY21 Results: Expectations for revenue of $1.83bn, EBITDA $114.25m, NPAT of $54.36m (up ~56% on FY20), EPS of $0.573, FY Dividend $0.461. Market currently pricing NPAT for FY22 of $62.77m, up ~15% on FY21. (MM Comment…MND reported revenue of $1.95bn which is ~6% above expectations however profitability was a miss given margin issues, NPAT of $47.1m was a ~13% miss to consensus. The FY21 DPS of $0.45 was inline while guidance is now for lower revenue in FY22 – the market is positioned for a similar level. They talked to ongoing skill shortages with a review of their attraction & retention practices i.e. more money to keep good talent….Overall, a miss)
  • HUB24 (HUB) FY21 Results: Expectations for revenue of $132m, EBITDA of $35.77m, NPAT of $18.5m (up ~124% on FY20), EPS of $0.274, FY Dividend $0.106. Market currently pricing NPAT for FY22 of $32m, up ~73% on FY21. (MM Comment…HUB have reported group revenue of $110.9m which is well below the $132m expected, Underlying EBITDA of $36.2m was a slight beat while underlying profit was largely inline. Key here is around FY23 FUA guidance which has been upgraded to $63bn – $70bn by FY23, up from previous FY22 platform FUA guidance of $43bn – $49bn. This is a significant target considering Shaw’s current FY23 forecast is currently $63.8bn and sits at the bottom end of the range… Overall, Inline/Beat on guidance)
  • Kogan (KGN) FY21 Results: Expectations for revenue of $785m, EBIT of $51.51m, NPAT of $36.5m (up ~36% on FY20), EPS of $0.337, FY Dividend $0.178. Market currently pricing NPAT for FY22 of $39.5m, up ~8% on FY21. (MM Comment…KGN have delivered revenue of $780.7m  which is a slight miss while they’re delivering numbers on an adjusted basis given their inventory issues through the year. To that end (adjusted) NPAT of $42.9m was up ~43% on FY20 and above expectations of $39.5m + guidance for the start of FY22 was strong… Overall, messy but looking through the noise underlying business is regaining momentum)
  • Oil Search (OSH) 1H21 Results: NPAT of $103m & DPS of $0.02 however commentary around Santos tie up more important. (MM Comment…)
  • Nitro (NTO) 1H21 Results: (MM Comment… NTO has delivered a solid 1H21 result with revenue 50% of the mid-point of FY guidance which was only recently revised upwards in July and has been reaffirmed as expected today. Overall, a strong start to the year… Overall, Solid)
  • ReadyTech (RDY) FY21 Results: (MM Comment..RDY around a 1% beat to FY21 plus they have provided a new FY26 organic revenue target of +$125m, which is around ~20% ahead of forecasts…Overall, beat)
