LLC is a slightly different business to most in the real estate sector being a global property and infrastructure company which has been struggling over recent years under the weight of its engineering division which has now been jettisoned. The new business model is more akin to high flying Goodman Group (GMG) although there’s lots of catch-up and implementation hurdles to overcome on this journey.
MM is long LLC hence we haven’t enjoyed its recent fairly deep pullback, at this stage we are looking for strength in-line with the sector towards and above $14 where we will be reconsidering our position.
MM is bullish LLC at current levels
