LLC has struggled through 2021 under the weight of a re-emerging virus and fixed price contracts being pressured by rising input prices. However we now feel the business is well positioned moving forward with significant bad news built into the price while the likelihood for another major kick up in infrastructure spend by Scott Morrison to avoid a new recession is largely being ignored – these fresh contracts are likely to come with larger margins / contingencies for COVID & hikes in material costs.
