The acquisition will cost just $US6.5m upfront with another $US1.5m earn out tied to increased revenues in the business over the twelve months after completion.

NTO -9.52%: tough day for the e-signature software business after competitor DocuSign (DOCU US) missed forecasts and was smashed aftermarket. The US based DocuSign gave 4th quarter revenue guidance of $US 557-563m, around 2.5% below consensus.

CWN +0.73%: Reports this morning that Star Entertainment (SGR) were back looking at Crown saw the stock marginally higher today.

NXL -11.72%: shares in the investigative analytics company struggled on the day of their AGM after a disappointing trading update for the start of FY22. Nuix has seen revenue for the first four months up 10% but EBITDA fall 27% as wage costs bite

EML +31.27%: the payments company got a boost today after updating the market around the regulatory issues in Ireland. The PCSIL business was in the firing line from the Central Bank of Ireland earlier this year for money laundering issues.
