TLS +1.18%: Not that exciting however Morgan Stanley has been a Telstra (TLS) bear for a while now and today they became a Telstra bull, upgrading the stock from Underweight & $3.00 price target to Overweight and $4.00 price target – a big move. The rationale is essentially around the sustainability of their dividend with MS now suggesting that 16cps is doable. We completely agree and remain bullish the perennial underperformer.
