Question asked

Does TLS become obsolete or redundant over the next few years with global coverage from wireless?

TLS appears to be successfully rolling out 5G, but how do you see low orbit satellite wireless competing with it, and does TLS become obsolete or redundant over the next few years with global coverage from wireless.

Answer

The short answer is no, I doubt Telstra will become obsolete or redundant. They have made big changes in recent years to become more of a dynamic technology company rather than an infrastructure provider and that in our view stands them in good stead to handle a rapidly changing environment.
