“Hi, I get a lot of value out of being a subscriber to MM, keep up the good work. Recently in conversation around the BBQ whilst flying the “MM Flag” I was for an example of what value does MM add to my portfolio? My answer: Discipline to take action ..example leading up to 12 months ago MM were advocating to set aside some cash. A subscriber asked a question around selling down the hybrids. ( I recall his name was Johnny K February 2020) and I agreed with him and actioned. Being cash up, having sold my hybrid, sold CBA for around 90 bucks … buying back 3 months later for 60 bucks ………certainly makes up for the dogs in my portfolio…I think I owe MM and Johnny K a beer or three.” – Warm regards Danny W.
