Does MM consider CSL a buy at $274? Chris G.

Hi James, A big thanks to you and the MM team. So far I have done reasonably well following MM’s recommendations. I have a question regarding gold and in particular NCM. With nearly every country busy printing money, in principle, the gold price should be going up but lately, it seems to be drifting the other way. Is it because inflation has not raised its head yet? I invested in NCM last Nov at $29.62 but have to cut the loss at end of Jan as it has dropped >15%. Do you think NCM is a good investment? It seems to be a disappointment all the time. What would be a suitable entry price? Best regards Gregory

No CRYSTAL ball stuff but in your humble opinion are Perpetual and MORTGAGE choice oversold after today’s results. Many Thanks, Warren

Hi Guys, Out of curiosity wouldn’t it be prudent to wait for results. Unless there something we are all missing. Regards, Frank Music

“Hi there All Thank you for taking these questions Much appreciated I have been looking at APA ( Australian Pipeline ) as an income share (yielding 5% plus after some imputation) but the share price has been inching down in recent times . Any thoughts on reasons for the share price decline? Cheers Shane B.

“Good morning James, What will be the catalyst to send the XRO (ZERO) share price into positive territory again? Not a fan of these lower lows! Kind regards, Charlie M.
