Whilst STP is not currently on your radar, the business has had a successful listing just over 12 months ago and growth prospects appear strong with the founder still retaining over 65% of the company. The company has no debt, is growing profitability with a strong GM at 80+% and has just kicked off its international expansion with pleasing early results in the US. Audinate has reached a high of $23.51 on 15th March and is trading below $20 today ($19.92). Your last note on AD8 that I could find was on 22/3/24.
“We continue to believe AD8 is a great growth story. We can see further consolidation by AD8 in the $20-25 area, but this is a stock that we like to buy into dips. – our optimum entry level is ~$20”
Does your view on AD8 remain the same – Is this dip below $20 the opportunity to buy? or has your optimum entry level changed? Are MMatters considering adding to AD8?

News reports indicate that Madison Dearborn is prepared to acquire APM for 1.40 per share. Is there a reason why the share isnt trading closer to this price point?
What are your thoughts re the EOS share purchase plan? With their recent contracts with Europe and the strong demand from institutions for its equity raising, it seems that the company is finally being recognised for its potential.

It seems quite a while since you last reviewed GMD ( I may have missed one) but as with some other gold names the stock is powering up to the target price so I wondered if you would be likely to reassess your opinion in the light of recent action. Is it time to take some money off the table ( not personal advice) as you have done with some other stocks that have run well?
I have a similar (although very different background) question around MSB which has been a volatile beast over the last few years. Thanks for you insights. Much appreciated.
