- Dividend of $1.03 + a Special Dividend of 80cps – both fully franked
July sales update: Sales are in line with the Group’s expectations, with sales momentum in Australia continuing into July. They are also making an acquisition of e&s (website here) for $47.8m initially for 75% with the option of buying the remaining 25%, funded through existing cash.
CAR Group (CAR): Inline FY24 result, outlook for ‘good growth’ very typical + reassuring against a market that was slightly nervous we think.
