Question asked

Best US Big Tech Stocks to Buy After a Fall

If US markets - and technology stocks - come off in the next few days/weeks, what are your top big US tech stocks to buy and what prices or ranges would you have in mind as an entry point?

Answer

Hi Lee,

We suggest using bond yields to optimise entry into tech stocks. When yields lose steam on the upside, potentially around recent highs, we would be fading the move into technology – the reports will guide you here as this plays out.

The big US tech stocks we currently own can be seen in the International Equities Portfolio – Click Here.

For now we would be keen on:

  • Apple  (AAPL US) ~$US150
  • Microsoft (MSFT US) ~ below  $US250
  • Disney (DIS US) below $US110 (we don’t own but covered this week – here)
  • In the smaller space, we like Snowflake (SNOW US) which we recently bought and The Trade Desk (TTD US)  ~US$55
