Objective and strategy

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree U.S. Adaptive Moving Average Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in constituents of the index and/or investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to the economic characteristics of such constituents. The index consists of the equity constituents of the WisdomTree 500 Index, U.S. T-bills, and other instruments that in combination have economic characteristics similar or equivalent to those securities. The fund is non-diversified.
