    Two Emerging Companies OR maybe not anymore!!!

    Given the decline in the market this week coupled with a very surprising and mixed report from AD8, what is your likely strategy on this stock? Hold, Sell or Buy? Also, do you have an update on where you see LTR going? Both these stocks are in your Emerging Companies Portfolio.

    Hi Bob,

    These are two stocks that have most definitely weighed on the performance of our Emerging companies Portfolio:

    • Audinate Group (AD8) – we have discussed this position over recent days and in todays Q&A report. We are holding, but not adding to the holding. The question from here is whether the company can regain the markets confidence over the next year, if not funds may be better deployed elsewhere.
    • Liontown Resources (LTR) – this Gina supported lithium stock has tumbled along with the whole sector, as Li has fallen over 80% from its late 2022 high – Hancock Prospecting owns over 18% of the company. While we aren’t increasing our exposure to the sector yet we believe its “looking for a low” and the risk/reward is finally swinging in favour of buyers.
