We like TLX as a business, identifying the optimum entry level (s) is the challenge. Earlier in the week the shares popped over 6% after the company reported its prostate cancer imaging agent, Gozellix, had been granted a US Reimbursement Code, meaning amongst other positives, hospitals and clinics in the U.S. can now bill Medicare and insurers directly for Gozellix, improving it’s uptake.
The stocks drifted lower following the news, actually trading lower for the week on Friday – a stock that cannot rally on good news is a concern although in this case there are plenty of uncertainties unfolding around the US healthcare market and 200% tariffs. TLX is specifically waiting on the FDA which is reviewing its promising imaging tool for brain cancer, Pixclara, providing an opportunity to accumulate TLX in our opinion.
- We believe TLX is a world class business firmly on the MM radar; ideally in the $20-21 region, though biotechs are inherently volatile.
