Can MM see SIQ & ECX merging?
Hi, Do you think there is any merit in a tie up between Smart SIQ and Eclipse ECX. Smart loosing some contracts and ECX languishing share price for a while. Get some scale by merging.

I could see some logic for $537mn vehicle leasing business ECX and $630mn salary packaging/leasing business SIQ merging, they both look like they need a fresh injection of life. It would need a close look of the overlap of clients and cross selling/expanding opportunities but whether it’s this or something else these companies should be looking for ideas to improve their performance into 2023.
