RPMGlobal Holdings (RUL) FY25 Report

Hi MM, Please provide your updated views on, and intentions in relation to, RUL following its FY25 results. Do you consider it a Buy at current levels? Thanks Darren

Answer

Hi Darren,

For subscribers not familiar with RUL it’s an $820mn QLD company which combines deep mining expertise with tech-driven innovation to help mining entities operate more safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Through powerful software and expert training, they support critical decisions across the mining lifecycle – we have owned it in our Emerging Companies Portfolio since late 2024.

We liked this week’s FY25 earnings  which propelled the stock above $4 for the first time.

  • Subscription license sales increased to $100.7mn, up 33.6% YoY, from $75.4mn.
  • Annual reoccurring revenue came in at $69.1mn.
  • Earnings per share of 21.1c were up from 3.7c a year earlier.

These smaller less liquid stocks are often more volatile, but we see no reason not stay long at this stage, even if it does pullback in the coming days/weeks.
