Archives: Questions And Answers

In this morning’s report whilst reviewing Amcor there was a comment made at the end “NB: This is not an encouraging read-through for our position in Orora (ORA) across two portfolios.”
My question is – can you please elaborate further on this comment. Thanks Geoff

Despite the continuing rise in the gold price RRL remains in the $1.80/1.90 trading band. Do you still like it around the $1.80 level? Also, like most coal stocks NHC has fallen recently but with a dividend due 15/4 I am thinking of adding to my small holding, in effect, receiving 3 dividends in 12 months. Can I have your thoughts please. Thank you

Would like to invest more in bank hybrids. Can you please suggest two or three that are long duration and best value at the moment. Would MM buy now or perhaps wait until after Easter when the market has at times fallen a little. Thanks as always, Geoff

Hi team . I am a long term subscriber who is addicted to your service. It is the best I have found. I have a question. With gold at record highs why are Australian gold mining stocks not flying? Or is there a divergence between the current gold price and the gold shares in general. Do you think this will change in the future ?

Hi James and Team,
Good work with all the excellent research. A few weeks back you mentioned you like ING in the $3.50-$3.60 range. As I am writing this, ING is at the bottom of that range. Are we still looking to buy some around here?
Cheers,
Richard
