Hi James, Shawn and the MM team,

Good morning, I am looking at adding CMW (Cromwell Property Group) to my real estate stocks. I am attracted by the high dividend and it looks to be good value at around 43 cents. Do you believe this is a good entry price from a risk reward perspective, and is the dividend is sustainable?

Hi Team
Can you please explain what the rationale for holding on to RHC in the active portfolio?
The stock seems to be going from bad to worse and it’s now down over 30%.
You cut CTD when you realised you got it wrong, selling with a 20+% loss
I’m not complaining, I just want to understand.

Good morning team,
Two quickies.
1. Has Capricorn Metals flashed across your screens? CMM is profitable gold producer with good mx and 2nd project supposedly as good as the first.
2. I have been riding RTH for some time and she’s a thoroughbred (ok, terrible pun). But Canberra based company with a fascinating product and global reach.
Appreciate your considered and concise comments.
Cheers
Jeff M.

Considering todays pullback would like your thoughts please on MMS and SIQ as to whether it has created a buying opportunity with either one or both. Considered to be income stocks but where to from here? Buy or Hold? Thanks as always Geoff.

With the inflation figures not lowering to the expected 3.4 and came in at 3.6 – things are going to I’d imagine be tough.

MM has been positive for a while on MFG and hopefully a turnaround may occur shortly based on your value assessment which I trust. My question is around the options which have been steadily decreasing in value for almost a year. Surely for the patient investor, these options will represent a low cost way to gain exposure to MFG especially considering the 2027 expiry date. Does MM ever consider options as part of your investment strategy or is that too risky?
