If MM had to buy 3 ASX stocks and 3 international stocks which are stocks with more explosive growth potential and hold them for the next 3-5 years, and assume the market was closed for that whole period, what stocks would they be.

I’ve been a bit surprised by some negative/neutral talk from analysts about the potential for uranium stocks. I know that you’re bullish and as I write this URA is making daily gains and, despite the recent run, I still believe that equities have quite a bit of catching up to do. What are your thoughts? Will they still overtake the peaks seen earlier this year?

We have an SMSF which had shares in IVC.
The takeover, in our case, was by means of Scrip – being 38756 shares in Eternal Aus Holdco – Class B Shares (EAHB)
(1) For tax purposes we need to know the MARKET VALUE of those shares as at 30 June 2024
(2) are they still held intrust by Pacific Custodians
(3) how those shares can be traded
(4) and where we can access relevant information from time to time.

What are your thoughts on an investment in star for a turnaround; perhaps a short 6-12 month play?

Dear MM Team
Thanks for continued good advice which is always appreciated.
You have not recently suggested extra income opportunities in respect of selling covered calls over those stocks you hold which also have call options listed. Could this please be a feature of your daily reports and website. I recall that selling calls over held stocks was a favourite strategy of Shaw’s in the old days, and for all I know may still be.
Regards, Gil
