Why does Westgold (WGX) keep falling?

WGX is trading at its all time low. Given it’s a profitable company why is it so low and surely this represents a great buying opportunity? Your last update indicates ‘MM likes WGX under $2’ but it’s a fraction of that now.

With property related stocks being hammered of late due to rising interest rates etc can I have your thoughts on CNI & CLW at current levels. I assume both are facing decreased property valuations when they next report which will adversely affect the share price.
