Does MM envisage using the bearish BBOZ / BBUS ETF’s?

Would MM ever consider purchasing an EFT of BBOZ or BBUS to offset the current negatively in the Stockmarkets. Many times you have stated that it is your belief that we could find a lower bottom, therefore it makes sense to have some insurance against your portfolio.
