Our second question on graphite stocks today, perhaps a sign that the EV space is getting too hot!
On a serious note at this stage we aren’t considering increasing our exposure to the EV evolution as we already are fairly heavily committed through nickel, lithium and copper. Also, we are conscious of how quickly crowded trades can correct e.g. the major coal stocks have corrected ~30% from their October highs, in a rising market.
Remember ESG was one of the 3 most crowded trades in the Bank of America Fund Managers Survey at the moment.
