Can I have your current view on Fenix Resources please.
In July 2022 FEX 100% ownership of Fenix-Newhaul makes them a fully integrated mining haulage & logistics Co reducing costs and their recent acquisition of Mount Gibson’s MidWest iron ore, port, and rail assets for future growth. All this seem positives for the business but the share price has come off. Are you positive FEX longer term?

Sorry for the repeat question on LTR – but with Albermarle requesting an extension to complete its due diligence and Gina Rinehart increasing her stake to 19.9% ( now the largest shareholder ) the markets reaction seems to be Gina will block the takeover with the LTR price falling as low as $2.80 today. What’s your view of the situation currently?
A week ago you wrote -“We see little downside from current levels with two buyers clearly still keen on the stock around $3 hence if MM were long we’d be inclined to hold the position in hope of a higher bid”

As a holder of LTR can I have your view on what’s playing out with Gina Rinehart? Albemarle indicative proposal is $3. Since the announcement LTR has reached a high of $3.07 but has traded below the $3 most recently. With Gina Rinehart increasing her stake in LTR would you be holders and wait for this to play out or take your profits sub $3 offer?
