Is Dexus (DXS) a buy?

With DXS now trading at lowest levels in years, is this a compelling buy (or top up) or just catching falling knife? Dividend is becoming more attractive by the day. Interested in MM’s thoughts on this one.

More of a suggestion – a penny dreadful, or two?

Hi, I have just completed your online survey and guess I have more of a suggestion rather than a question. How about adding a penny dreadful on occasions?
Maybe with the weekly QA. OK, not investment grade, I get that, but a whisper you have heard on the grapevine, or something that has piqued your interest. Kind of like Barry FitzGerald’s “Garimpeiro” suggestions. Just a thought, but something many of us on the outside would enjoy. Cheers, Jeff.
