How would you invest in the Sharemarket today?

Hello James, I am really enjoying MM – your explanation and reiterations of your plans are so helpful for my blood pressure!(-:
I have 10%cash. If I choose to invest 5% now/present then what stock you invest in for 2024. Or would you hold off?

Thoughts on coal, NHC & WHC please

Hi guys
Your thoughts on the future of coal companies like nhc and whc in light of the climate change push to get rid of the use of all fossil fuels
I know it wont happen overnight but if they get their way it surely affects their future profitability

MMS view going forward

Have tonight reread all the questions and answers on MMS and SIQ along with the Stock Report on MMS which has produced a two part question please.
1. With SIQ winning the SA Government contract from 1 July next year we have seen its share price bounce, why then is there no significant movement down in MMS shares but do note that they is in a slight downtrend anyway in recent days.
2. In regard to the MMS Share Report it has me perplexed. Firstly SIQ is not a peer company and secondly the overall score is 9 yet fundamentals is only a 4. Perhaps we need a webinar on how to understand these reports especially for old blokes like me.

How much further can real estate stocks appreciate?

If the Goldilocks scenario occurs in 2024 – interest rates drop but the economy avoids recession, I’m wondering, in rough percentage terms, how much appreciation is left in real estate stock prices? Stocks I’m thinking of are the stocks in the MM portfolios, CNI, DXS, LLC, NSR.
