Can I have your view on Energy Fuels offer to acquire Australian Strategic Materials. ” Under the Scheme, eligible ASM shareholders will be entitled to receive: 0.053 Energy Fuels shares or CHESS Depositary Interests for each ASM share held (representing implied value of A$1.47 per ASM Share) and A$0.13 in cash per ASM Share, payable as an unfranked special dividend by ASM. The transaction structure implies an ASM equity value of ~A$1.60 per ASM Share.” Would you hold on to ASM and accept the offer of Energy Fuels CHESS Depositary’s? or sell your ASM shares into the current strength? ASM shares are trading $1.85 today.

As I type this, XRO hit a low of 98.66. Almost 50% drawdown from its peak of 196. This is a great business, but great business dont fall 50%. Where do you see this going? Do you see recovery? Same Question for WTC, where do you see this going. I am aware the whole tech sector sentiment is down, but 50% drawdown is huge. Thoughts please

Finalisation (and full admission of guilt) of copyright imfringement with Aristocrat. Even parking the view that management have effectively acknowledged questionable ethics to defend illegal activity, how in heck does the market increase the share price by 15%?
Sure, uncertainty hanging over their business now resolved – but goodness – they have to pay close to 6 months of profits to settle and then have their ongoing business crimped by withdrawing two key products.
Am I missing something or is this reflective of dumb market sentiment?
