How do the ownership/franking credits work with MMInvest?

A nice easy one for a Thursday afternoon:

1. yes, all investors buy the same proportion of say Whitehaven (WHC e.g. 3%, 4% etc.
2. the shares are held in the account holders name e.g. an individual or Superfund.
3. similar to answer 2, the name of the account has title to the franking credits and you are provided full tax reporting annually detailing income, franking credits, capital gains / losses, overall performance etc. You can actually generate these reports yourself at any stage throughout the year as well.
