Is Dexus (DXS) still a buy?
Hi , what is going on with DXS I notice a name change, I bought around the time you guys did so showing a nice % profit it is still a buy ? Thanks for the reports x2 a day is very helpful . Regards Glenn

A few things going on with Dexus at the moment. Firstly, they’ve done a restructure so are currently trading on a deferred settlement basis under code DXSDB, they went ex-dividend and have also announced more acquisitions in their Healthcare Property Fund. We remain happy owners of Dexus in our Income Portfolio, and we’d be comfortable buying the stock at current levels, however worth noting that now it’s closed much of the gap between share price and net asset value, without stating the obvious it’s a lower conviction buy than it was.
