This WA based mortgage broker is not a stock MM has looked at in the past but its struggled over the last few years as interest rates surged higher but now an inflection point appears have been reached and the stock is more interesting.
- We like this $444mn company as a speculative “yield play”, its forecast to pay ~5.8% over the next 12-months while some capital appreciation towards $2 also looks likely.
