GPT Group (GPT) $4.10

GPT has been covered a few times of late and as the stock continues to hover around $4 we remain comfortable maintaining a patient stance targeting fresh lows into the $3.80-90 region.

• The Real Estate Sector was the weakest link of the 11 sectors on Wall Street last night as yields continued to rise.
• We believe the sector is looking for a low but may not be there yet,  which we feel in the case of GPT will come in ~5% below Wednesday’s close.
