Hi James, Shawn and the MM team, Thanks for your answers to all my previous questions. I would like to know what is your current opinion on SDR SiteMinder. SDR announced a strong Q3 update. However, the share price has dropped from$5.71 to $4.64 today (5/6/24). I did a Research on your MM site, and understand that MM is neutral to bullish on SDR around $5.50. Thanks Peter

For subscribers not familiar SDR, is a leading open hotel commerce platform, offering accommodation providers a range of solutions across the guest lifecycle including distribution, bookings, operations management and business intelligence, its market cap has grown to $1.3bn.
Hence as the stocks drifts back below $5 its is becoming very interesting. We thought Aprils result was largely positive but Annual Recurring Revenue Growth was marginally softer than expected although much of this was driven by Easter. However when stocks are priced for growth they need to deliver hence the pullback. SDR is on our radar for the Emerging Companies Portfolio.
