The lithium producer AKE has already become a $7bn company as a result of the merger of Galaxy Resources & Orocobre to gain scale as the EV revolution unfolds i.e. Electric vehicles are the future of that we are confident. At this stage of the companies evolution the AKE share price is relatively speculative in nature and 20% corrections are common place – there’s been 4 of this order over the last 12-months. Hence MM is not an advocate of chasing strength at this stage but we are keen buyers around $10 and especially $8 if we see a deeper pullback this year.
