Property platform Zillow reported 4Q24 results after hours yesterday that were ahead of expectations, though 1Q25 guidance was below, sending the shares down ~19% on open before they recovered around 50% of the drop.
WTC slipped -4.4% on Monday following news that the company was investigating two more confidential complaints by an employee and a supplier against the founder, Richard White. This feels like Chapter 2 for Richard White after allegations into his personal life sent the stock plunging ~30% in October.
CAR –6.51%: The stock was hit today on a slight miss at their 1H25 results and higher than expected capex guidance. While the result was solid and resilient given tough industry conditions in the US, the stock has had a good year, and today’s result and typical guidance for ‘good growth’ just couldn’t justify the share price.
