    Hi Rodney,

    Cloud-based accounting software business Xero (XRO) is set to raise $200mn through its SPP at the lower of $176 (price instos. paid) or a 2% discount to 5-day VWAP. The stock closed at $179.13 on Thursday making the entry into a stock we like attractive.

    • We took profit on our Xero (XRO) position in June ~$193.50 , and on Friday we have bought it back ~$180. We like the acquisition, and the discount available on the SPP is attractive for holders (we think).
