Would MM partake in the SPP share offer by NIB (NHF)?
I would like your advice about the SPP share offer by NIB for up to $30000. The price today is $6.91 which is close to the offer price.

NIB holdings (NHF) intends to raise $150m to fund its entry into Australia’s National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) at $6.90, this could be beneficial for NIB as it could introduce new revenue streams/ long term partnerships.
However with the stock trading at $6.78 on Friday afternoon we would be in no hurry to buy the stock at $6.90, for fans of the business we would be more inclined to accumulate on the backfoot as the short-term trends remain on the downside.
