    James, what is the current status of the WES acquisition of API, when do you think it will finalise and can you confirm what the cash settlement per share will be? Thank You Thanks, Colin

    Hi Colin,

    The takeover of Australian Pharmaceuticals (API) by Wesfarmers (WES) has been a fairly volatile affair due to external competition but at this stage WES’s $1.55 bid is now the only one on the table with the exact dates to still be finalised but it shouldn’t take too long now for everything to be settled.
