Hi, can we please have your views on YAL, including its quarterly released yesterday evening and a good entry point if you like the stock (and presuming I haven't missed today's cut-off for questions - it's about 11:20am WA time ;) )? Two very different stocks here hence they’re obviously being answered separately:
Yancoal (Australia) $5.97 – this weeks quarterly update from YAL has had little impact on its share price which is up ~6% for the week, a very similar move to sector peers such as Whitehaven (WHC) +4.5%. We still like the coal stocks but they have rallied a long way in 2022 hence we maintain some ammunition for buying at lower levels e.g. around $5 for YAL.
Aussie Broad Band (ABB) $2.24 – we have answered this one previously today.
