Hi James, Really am enjoying the morning previews and reviews at the end of the day. I have a question regarding the listing of Tritium on the NASDAC as a SPAC company. Do you know when it is going to be listed and are you able to pass on any information that you have about it? I can't seem to find a lot about the listing. Regards Shane C

This is a really interesting Brisbane based company that has developed rapid charging technology for electric vehicles. They haven’t IPO’d in the US, they’ve agreed to go public through a merger with a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) which is essentially a cash box that gets listed and then goes out and finds investments. The merger is with Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corp II DCRN, and it values the electric vehicle charging-station maker at $1.2 billion, one of the largest in the world. To buy Tritium, you therefore need to buy DCRN.
