Hi Robert,
Telix (TLX) is an Australia-based biotechnology company engaged in the development and commercialisation of radiopharmaceuticals. The company has one marketed product, Illuccix, which is a kit for preparing a radiolabelled prostate cancer diagnostic, and a pipeline of potential products for diagnosis and treatment in oncology and rare diseases.
Last week TLX released its highly anticipated efficacy results from the phase I ProstACT SELECT trial in the treatment of metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer with the outcome above expectations. MM believes this will lend confidence to the idea that TLX will ultimately have an approvable product in this space and that the therapeutic pipeline has legs. Interim phase III data are due in 2025.
- TLX has been a standout performer in 2024 with the stock more than doubling already in the last 6-months. We revert to technical’s on a stock like this as we do not have the clinical expertise to be across the science.
