    Technical thoughts on DTL & EOS

    Just would like your thoughts technical analysis on Data#3 Ltd (DTL) and Electra Optic Systems (EOS),

    Hi Tim,

    I have answered your questions on these two stocks separately although they do look very similar from a technical standpoint:

    • Data#3 Ltd (DTL): we like DTL into weakness below $4.50 but if it keeps falling below $4 we would be far less confident – its more than 3% fully franked yield is an added support to the shares.
    • Electra Optic Systems (EOS): EOS looks ok around $4.20 with stops below $3.60 – no yield with this stock.

    Both of these stocks look ok but MM is much happier with our holdings in Xero (XRO) and Altium (ALU) at this point.
