SIG is currently in suspense until they are in a position to make an announcement or until it commences trading on Monday. Chemist Warehouse is looking to list on the ASX via a deal with Sigma (SIG), looks like a good old fashioned reverse takeover – sounds like the roaring 80’s.
A $350mn capital raise is being handled by Goldman Sachs as part of the deal, MM will have to wait to see the fine print before making any decisions on SIG and the combined entity – we expect details to be released over the weekend.
