Thoughts on the Big 4 Banks into November
Hi James and Team What's your latest view on the Big 4 Banks (CBA, NAB,ANZ,WBC). Financials have fallen away and 3 of the 4 will be reporting in Nov. Are you expecting the Banks to lift? regards Debbie

Hi Debbie,
The banks remain smack in the middle of their trading range for the last 2.5 years, and we see no reason to fight this established equilibrium, especially as they yield solidly.
- We hold ANZ Bank (ANZ) and National Australia Bank (NAB) in our Active Growth Portfolio.
- While we hold Commonwealth Bank (CBA) and National Australia Bank (NAB) in our Active Income Portfolio.
However we are comfortable holding a slightly underweight stance towards the influential sector being prepared to increase holdings into support, or ~10% lower, i.e. we are unlikely to tweak our exposure over the foreseeable future.
