Archives: Questions And Answers
Hi MM Team,
This is not a question, neither a criticism, but rather a suggestion. (I have recently renewed my subscription, because I believe you are the best in the business!)
When I have funds available to invest, it is not very difficult to decide which portfolio to look at. However, when I get there, I am faced with up to 20 stocks marked “Active”. It takes me hours to study the volume of information presented for each.
Conversely, when I need to sell stock/s, to make cash available, it is equally time consuming.
I do appreciate your problem, of not giving personal advice, however indicating which shares you would most would like to top up and/or reduce, would not amount to “personal advice”.
Simply listing, in each portfolio the stock held, in order of preference (rather than in alphabetical order) would achieve this. Alternatively, an extra column of numbers, indicating the most wanted stock (1), to the least preferred (20) would also work.
Either options would save us, MM followers, a lot of time.
Best regards,
John

What is the reason behind MM’s decision?
When do you see Calix becoming profitable?
Hi Guys
I would be interested in getting your thoughts on the quality / riskiness of the La Trobe 12 month term account as a defensive income generating investment.
Your views on how it compares with / compliments other income generating investments like hybrids and high quality private credit type investments would also be appreciated.
Thanks for your help.
Hi Team ,
Hi,
Thankyou for continuing to provide the best overall stock (general) advice around… Do you have any thoughts on why WOR is performing so badly? Can you possibly compare the relative commentary to your preferred services sector choice?
Are PPT worth holiding onto now. Shareholders will certainly knock back any KKR deal and might they be the subject of a full takeover?
With indices continuing on to record highs, AFI seems to be lagging (although it has caught up a bit recently).
