NHC have suffered a 2% drop this morning because the redemption rate to note holders has been decreased from $6.5468 to $6.2358. The dividend of .19c the cause of the redemption drop and subsequent share price fall.
Could you please explain the correlation and if we will suffer a share price fall every time there is a dividend.
Thank you for your excellent work.

Hi Guys
A quick question for you on Pro Medicus.
I note it is on your hitlist.
Following the recent sell off the PE multiple for PME has fallen from an extremely high one to an incredibly high one.
Can you please provide me some colour on your thinking as to when (and why) you may choose to take a position in this stock despite what will still very large multiple? Please note i am just trying to understand what the “tipping point” in making such an investment would be rather than making any judgement on your call.
Appreciate the help.
Cheers
Tim

Hi James & Team
Follow up on my question sent last Fri Morning.
Can I have your view on these 2 ETF’s.
1. DFND As Europe is set to increase expenditure on defence.
2. VEQ – Vanguard FTSE Europe shares. While Europe is stimulating. Which ETF does MM like to capture the upside in Europe.
regards
Debbie

Thanks team for your continued great coverage of the Mkt and your openness with your info, data & answers. Much appreciated.
Really like your latest regular piece on etf’s. They’re such a topical element of the Mkt.

A general advice question please. HLS are currently arranging for a special dividend following the sale of part of their business. Obviously a good thing for shareholders, since last dividend was in 2022. My question is what do MM feel will be in store going forward after HLS pay down their debt? Morningstar rate the stock at $ 1.98 but there is only 1 buy amongst 11 ratings. I cannot easily locate any future EBITDA, which makes we wonder whether to purchase the stock? Thank you in anticipation.

I received an email from a Ben Pauley addressed to AIC Mines shareholders. He identifies himself as someone trying to expose dishonest ASX practices. Given the surge in the copper price he believes that the main reason for the languishing AIC share price is the use of custodial accounts by third parties acting for large corporations (Glencore was mentioned) looking for future takeover targets. And he thinks this applies to many mines in the Cloncurry region.
