Hi, Shawn and team On the 26th of October you sent out an email “ What we like right here, right now” Seek Hub24 Goodman group Metcash APA group Centuria Capital Aussie broadband Audinate Calix I purchased a small amount of all of the above but have since read that on the 28th of October the Australian government declined funding for carbon capture, use and storage projects. Effecting Calix and it’s share price . Do you still feel the same way about this stock ? Will you release emails in the future as to when we should jump out of the stocks above. I understand that MM has PDL in the Active Income Portfolio however I have had WAM on my watch list for sometime now and am considering this stock to add to my own portfolio. Thank you.
I have just attended the Zoom call on Resources with James and Peter and really enjoyed it. They bounce well off each other and it works like a charm making it interesting. I am a geologist and spent 40 years working in gold and base metals ranging from exploration through to managing operations. Do you have any insight into why our Australian banks offer a lower interest rate on savings accounts for SMSF’s and businesses than they do for individuals/joint personal holders?
Money is money no matter who it comes from I would have thought. Or is it something that is enshrined in banking legislation?
Term deposit rates don’t seem to differ for businesses as opposed to individuals
