Is GGOV your preferred ETF for Treasury Bonds?

Is there an alternative to GGOV for investment in Treasury bonds? The trading volume seems too low for any meaningful investment amount. How do you read a cash flow report to see if a company is profitable, e.g. the latest Quarterly Activities/Appendix 4C Cash Flow Report from DRO?

Using MIN as an specific example, would you please explain the logic MM works through in order to decide we made a mistake and it’s time to tealise a loss and move on. Does it come down to the quantum of the loss? Is 10% too late?
