What are MM’s plans for CBA?

Now that we have held CBA for the fully franked $2.40 dividend – what are your plans towards CBA in the income portfolio? Is there a range you expect CBA to trade in and is there a price you will consider selling and maybe using these proceeds towards a stock on your hitlist?

MM’s view on WTC and MP1 please

WTC – following Wednesday’s results you stated ” MM has no interest in WTC ” . At what price would you consider buying
MP1 – It is in an upgrade cycle . Would MM add to your position here?

Thoughts on Whitehaven (WHC) after recent fall?

Hi guys
Your thoughts on whitehaven coal it seems that there are rumours that the govt might put an extra tax on the coal and gas industry
Do you think this is a problem fo whc as i thought their report was very good including a 42c dividend which is about 7% fully franked and they are also sitting on alot of cash
Since the shares have dropped over 10% do you think this is a good buying opportunity

Baby Bunting (BBN) high risk opportunity or just hype?

Good morning,
I have found your recent notes really interesting, thank you!
I have been hesitant to jump on the share price rising momentum for Baby Bunting. Their latest results were not surprising and no guidance was offered for FY24, yet the share price jumped. Historically, this business has demonstrated it can deliver and grow profitably. Does MM believe BBN’s management can successfully navigate the current market conditions and deliver the growth strategy?

What should “retail punters” consider for safety with no frill brokers?

Hi James et.al,
Last weekend you answered Sidney’s question and mentioned Stake and HIN numbers. What should we punters consider in terms of safety when using no frill brokers whether it be Stake, SuperHero or any others?
Difficult question for you, but which cheap platform/broker would you recommend? And CMC now that ANZ has gone missing, any comments there?
