Emeco (EHL) and Suncorp (SUN)

Hi Market Matters Team
Can I have your view on EHL – Emeco – it reached a 4 year high this week on takeover rumours with “several interested parties” ( but no one specifically named).Without the takeover speculation do you see value in EHL after they reported?
Also your view on SUN – Have the insurers reached their peak? (SUN around the $20.50/$21) – Would funds be better deployed into another sector?

New Hope Corp Ltd (NHC) rises as dividends fall

Hi MM,
I was a little surprised that NHC rose today after announcing a 7.7% fall in NPAT due to softer pricing. Consensus dividend was 22c but they announced 15c so I thought this would be received more negatively. Are 15c interim dividends going to be the new norm going forward?

With the latest news this week from TLX for an agreed schedule with FDA for re-submission of their latest treatment for approval.
The Mkt has hammered them hard this year so we’re down around $14.
What is you view of TLX’s position & is it about time to invest again?
