Dear MM Team,
What is the current value of these unlisted shares ?
Hi fellas,
Just hoping to get your thoughts on ARN Media’s bid to acquire Southern Cross Media. How will this affect ARN Media shareholders?
Hi Team , would like to get your thoughts regarding TSLA , NIVDA. With TSLA approaching US $200 and NIVDA bounching off $400 with a low of $409 . Are these stocks still on your radar? and are we close to hitting the buy signal ? Cheers Craig
Dear MM Team
Am I correct in assuming that if one were to buy long dated Government treasury bonds while the yields are high you will benefit from locking in a reasonable yield and that there will be a good chance, if you are correct about bond yields coming off, that there will be a capital gain too?
I’m hoping you can tell me where to get information about what bonds are on offer and how to go about buying them.
Thanks in anticipation
Peter
Hi MMatters Team
Beijing unveiled fresh fiscal stimulus measures to support construction this week which lifted RIO,BHP and FMG.
As I hold all 3 of these Iron ore producers what is your current view on valuations of these 3. Where do you see the price of Iron Ore being supported? As you say being active and planning your trades will be key to returns. While I don’t want to prematurely sell – I also don’t want to hold too long when the Sector turns negative.

Deb
Hi James and Team
What’s your latest view on the Big 4 Banks (CBA, NAB,ANZ,WBC). Financials have fallen away and 3 of the 4 will be reporting in Nov. Are you expecting the Banks to lift?

Debbie
Hi James & Team, In your note this morning 25/10 you mention BHP ADR rose US$ .60 . When I compare with the pricing in Com Sec They state BHP ADR as Us$56.22 rose 2.5% US$1.37 . Why the difference?
I have a question about MM’s position in Dexus. Are you still confident that the stock is still a discount to NTA? It’s tough out there in commercial property land and just looking at some of the private sector transactions and whats seems to be happening in the sector in the real world – do you think Dexus’ NTA, in real terms, is actually much lower than being reported, and so the discounted share price isn’t really a discount anymore. What needs to happen for MM to cut the position or buy more?
