Hi Malcolm,
The issue for the mining services companies collectively has been higher labour costs which is putting pressure on margins. From what I understand, this will also be a theme into the 2H. The decline in share price has been savage and in MM’s view, shares are very cheap for the earnings growth that is likely over the coming year or two. We are bullish MND at current levels.
